Dave Ramsey Financial Wellness
Money management education is provided to employees and family members through the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program. The program focuses on the choices and behavioral patterns that cause personal money problems; provides the tools needed to assist people in taking control of their financial life; and ultimately shapes a person’s vision regarding everyday money matters and how to build wealth for the future.
Guidance Resources (Employee Assistance Program)
Planning for life events or simply managing the struggles of daily life can affect the quality of our work, health and family. Guidance Resources provides support for those experiencing difficult personal and work-life issues. As a confidential program, it is provided at no charge to our employees and their dependents. Resources include legal support, financial information, counseling and work-life solutions.
SandRidge Care Team
Investing in the wellbeing of our most valuable asset—our employees—is the motivation for the SandRidge Care Team. The Care Team provides employees with personal care and support during difficult times, such as serious illness, addiction, injury, damaged relationships, or death and grief recovery. As a confidential resource, it offers employees and their loved ones a way to seek and find compassionate support.
