By devoting our resources, both financial and human, we seek realistic long-term solutions to serious problems, while at the same time ensuring that those most directly affected by these issues are treated with care and respect.

Educate and Elevate
We believe in the proverb: "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." We partner with organizations that elevate those in need, providing them with a "hand up" instead of a "hand out." From programs that assist those who are incarcerated, at risk of incarceration, and former offenders becoming productive citizens and good family members, to organizations that assist those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness obtain the services they need to achieve long-term stability in their lives, SandRidge supports efforts that result in life transformation.

Child Advocacy
Every child is special and has unique gifts to offer the world. Our goal is to help them realize their uniqueness and provide them with the opportunity to explore their potential.

Incarceration of Women
Oklahoma has the highest rate of female incarceration of any state – nearly double the national average. Most of those incarcerated are for nonviolent or drug offenses. SandRidge believes that with some assistance, many of these women can return to their families and lead healthy, productive lives.

Homelessness
Results of a 2010 survey showed that Oklahoma City had a high rate of chronic homelessness. We partner with agencies like the Homeless Alliance on projects like the development of the WestTown Resource Center, where people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness can access the services they need to achieve long-term stability in their lives.

Downtown Oklahoma City
We place priority on being a great neighbor and corporate citizen. Through our support of initiatives that improve the downtown area, we have a positive impact on the lives of our employees and Oklahomans who live, work and play in downtown Oklahoma City.

With office locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas, we are passionate about supporting organizations and initiatives specific to each community.

Global Outreach
