Lariat Services, Inc.

SandRidge drills onshore for our own interests in West Texas through our drilling and oilfield services subsidiary, Lariat Services, Inc. ("Lariat"). Lariat also drills wells for other natural gas and oil companies, primarily in Western Louisiana and West Texas. Our rig fleet consists of 44 rigs, including 12 Larclay rigs, a joint venture with Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:CWEI). Our fleet is configured to drill in our specific areas of operation and has an average horsepower rating in excess of 800 and an average depth capacity greater than 10,500 feet. The rigs added to our fleet in 2006 and 2007 have horsepower ratings ranging from 1000HP to 2000HP, with an average depth capacity of 13,000 feet.

In addition, Lariat provides pulling units, coiled tubing units, trucking, location and road construction, air drilling packages, roustabout services and rental tools for ourselves and third parties.

SandRidge Tertiary, LLC

Our CO2 gathering and tertiary oil recovery operations are conducted through our subsidiary, SandRidge Tertiary, LLC (“Tertiary”). Tertiary is the sole gatherer of CO2 from the four natural gas treatment plants located in the WTO. It owns 231 miles of CO2 pipelines in West Texas with 69,550 horsepower of owned and leased CO2 compressors. West Texas is the most active tertiary oil recovery area in the U.S., with 60 active CO2 injection oil recovery programs currently producing approximately 180 Mbbls per day. CO2 injection has proven to be ideal in recovering additional oil that remains after traditional water flooding has been completed.

SandRidge Midstream, Inc.

Complementing our exploration and production operations, particularly in the Piñon Field area, we provide gathering, compression, processing and treating services of natural gas, primarily through our wholly-owned subsidiary, SandRidge Midstream, Inc. We have a 92.5% interest in, and operate the Pike's Peak gas treatment plant in West Texas and a 50% interest in the partnership that leases and operates the Grey Ranch gas treatment plant located in the WTO.

"Operating gathering systems with multiple pressure service levels and having the ability to isolate our sweet and sour production provides SandRidge with tremendous flexibility within the West Texas Overthrust."
