Lariat also drills wells for other natural gas and oil companies, primarily in West Texas. Our fleet consists of 31 rigs configured to drill in our specific areas of operation. Lariat's rigs have an average horsepower rating in excess of 800 and an average depth capacity greater than 10,500 feet.
In addition, Lariat provides pulling units, trucking, location and road construction, air drilling packages, roustabout services and rental tools for ourselves and third parties.

SandRidge Midstream, Inc. (“Midstream”) provides engineering, construction and operations for measurement facilities, pipelines, compressor stations, treating facilities and processing plants to serve the needs of SandRidge production activities, as well as to provide service to other energy companies. Midstream is also responsible for marketing SandRidge’s crude oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas to secure reliable market outlets and maximize netback pricing for our commodities.
Our CO2 gathering and tertiary oil recovery operations are conducted through our subsidiary, SandRidge Tertiary, LLC (“Tertiary”). Tertiary is the sole gatherer of CO2 from the four natural gas treatment plants located in the West Texas Overthrust. It owns 231 miles of CO2 pipelines in West Texas with 69,550 horsepower of owned and leased CO2 compressors. West Texas is the most active tertiary oil recovery area in the U.S., with 60 active CO2 injection oil recovery programs currently producing approximately 180 Mbbls per day. CO2 injection has proven to be ideal in recovering additional oil that remains after traditional water flooding has been completed.
