We realize there are limits to what we can do for the groups we support, from both a fiscal and a human resources standpoint. Following the belief that there is strength in numbers, we devote a portion of our community service budget to awareness and fundraising events. To that end, SandRidge annually sponsors and organizes two major fundraising events, The White Fields Invitational and the Downtown in December SandRidge Santa Run.

The White Fields Invitational has quickly become one of the premier golf tournaments in Oklahoma. The event consists of a Sunday evening "Tee-Off" Dinner, complete with a live and silent auction, followed by a Monday golf tournament. Proceeds from the tournament benefit White Fields, a long-term home for severely abused and neglected boys in the state of Oklahoma.

For our second major fundraiser, we partner with Downtown OKC to sponsor the Downtown in December SandRidge Santa Run, which benefits the Oklahoma City Police Athletic League (PAL). PAL works to keep kids off the street through organized athletics. The event includes a sanctioned 5K run, a 1-mile fun run
and a 100-yard kids’ dash.
